Memberships

Note: Adventure Levels 1-4 will accompany each activity.

LEVEL 1: RELAXED/EASY. Expectations: Walking typically on flat terrain. Adventurers in good health with overall full mobility, and who are comfortable participating in at least 1 hour of activity per day. No prior experience needed.

LEVEL 2: MODERATE. Expectations: Walking over sometimes uneven & difficult terrain (ie: cobblestones, hills, stairs without handrails). Adventurers who are physically fit and comfortable with longer excursions, at least 3+ hours of activity per day. Reasonable fitness. More active time than relaxed, but with generous breaks. Prior experience helpful, but not essential.

LEVEL 3: MODERATE/ACTIVE. Expectations: Walking over difficult terrain including muddy/slippery walking/hiking trails, some steep ascents//descents up to 8 miles per day. Adventurers who are physically fit, lead active lives and expect some physical exertion, at least 5+ hours of activity per day. Reasonable breaks in the action. Prior experience with activity and equipment.

LEVEL 4: ACTIVE VIGOROUS. Expectations: Programs are at a very active pace, with some longer travel days and demanding physical activity. Faster pace with longer distances, up to 14 miles. Be prepared for rugged terrain with steep ascents/descents. Adventurers who have a high fitness level, expect a vigorous pace, are comfortable participating in up to 8 hours of physical activity per day and enjoy challenging themselves. Brief breaks. Prior extensive experience with activity and proper equipment essential.
