Programs
with On Court Coaching
This 4 week clinic will review and practice fundamental skills utilized to play more competitive points. We will spend each session drilling different skills at the four areas of the court: the kitchen, the “hot zone,” the transition zone and the base line. We will briefly review serve, return of serve, and then focus on strategy getting through the transition zone and up to the net to play out the point. We will review and practice the volley, the block, the drop shot, back hand shots, improving dink shots, dealing with fast balls, communication with partners, as well as court positioning. Near the end of each session, you will have the opportunity to play out points while receiving on-court instruction.
